Address, lot on plan or GPS to lot, recorded area, tenure, council, locality, drainage basin, coordinates in every format and the free State reports to request.
Client check
ABN or business name to the legal entity, trading names, ABN status and GST registration, formatted for proposals, reports and invoices.
Quoting
Staged scope, survey effort and seasonal windows, your rates and partner costs, assumptions and exclusions, a fee table with GST and a proposal in your template. Consistent pricing logic across every estimator.
Report writing
Flags statements that need a reference, checks citations exist and are current, finds lot numbers, areas and dates that disagree, checks required sections, and learns your reviewers' preferences from their tracked changes.
